Koukounaries — Best for Beginners & Families
Skiathos’ most famous beach is also its best for first-timers. The shallow, calm lagoon area behind the main beach — separated from the open sea by a sandbar — is ideal for SUP, canoe, and beginner water skiing. You’re protected from wind and swell, which means more time on your feet and less time falling in.
