By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Requirements

• No-License Boats: Must be at least 18 years old. Valid ID or Passport required.
• With-License Boats: Must provide a valid speedboat license recognized by the Greek Port Authorities.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all self-drive rentals.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental will receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Weather: If we cancel the rental due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled date.

3. Usage Rules

• All boats must stay within the designated navigation zones (1 nautical mile for no-license boats).
• Reckless driving or operating under the influence is strictly prohibited.
• Damages caused by negligence will be charged to the renter.

4. Safety

• Life jackets are provided and must be worn as instructed.
• A full safety briefing will be provided before departure; guests must attend and confirm understanding.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sea Skiathos is not responsible for any personal injuries or loss of property during the rental period, except where required by law.
