High-Speed RIB
Rental Skiathos

Cover the whole Sporades archipelago in one day. Our performance RIBs are the fastest way to explore the Aegean — with room for 10.

Why Choose a RIB?

A RIB is the most versatile boat on the water. Faster than any conventional hull, more stable than an open boat, and capable of handling conditions that would turn most rentals back to port. Our performance RIBs represent the pinnacle of performance.

With up to 350HP available, you’ll cover ground that takes other boats twice as long. Reach Skopelos in 35 minutes, Alonissos in 65, or spend the day island-hopping across the northern Sporades.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a RIB boat?

RIB stands for Rigid Inflatable Boat. It combines a solid GRP (fibreglass) hull with inflatable sponsons (the tubes that run along the sides). This gives you the speed and performance of a rigid hull with the buoyancy and safety of an inflatable. RIBs are the standard vessel for maritime rescue, coast guards, and anyone who wants serious performance on the water.

Do I need a license for your RIBs?

Yes — a boat license is required for all our RIBs (140HP to 350HP). If you don't hold a license, you can add our skipper service, which transforms it into a private powerboat day with a professional captain at the helm.

How fast does the 200HP RIB go?

The Marinco RIB reaches approximately 45 knots (83 km/h) at full throttle, though we recommend cruising at 25–30 knots for comfort and fuel efficiency. At cruise speed, you can reach Skopelos in 35 minutes and Alonissos in 65 minutes.

Can the RIBs tow wakeboards and tubes?

Yes — our performance RIBs like the Tiger Proline 740 and Marinco 850 have dedicated tow points for wakeboard and tube towing. This makes them the perfect vessel for groups who want to combine island hopping with watersports.

Is the RIB suitable for rough sea conditions?

RIBs are considerably more seaworthy than open-hull boats. The inflatable sponsons add stability in chop, and the deep-V hull tracks well in rough water. That said, we operate all vessels subject to weather conditions — above Beaufort 5, we do not go out.
