Absolutely — and it’s one of the best family experiences in Greece. Children of all ages are welcome on our boats. We have life jackets in every size from infant to adult, and our briefings include specific guidance for parents.
Age & Safety Guidelines
Greek maritime regulations cover child safety on recreational vessels, and we go beyond the minimum. Our safety policy:
- Children under 3: Must wear an approved infant life jacket at all times while underway
- Children 3–12: Must wear a life jacket while the boat is moving; can remove when anchored
- Teenagers 13+: Life jacket recommended while underway
- Maximum engine speed with children under 8: We recommend keeping to 15 knots or below
Best Boats for Families
The Olympic 450 (30HP) is our top family pick. Its low deck, stable hull, and modest speed make it ideal for nervous parents. The 5-person capacity is perfect for two adults and two or three children.
For larger families (up to 10 people), the Marinco RIB is surprisingly good with kids — the inflatable sponsons are soft, the deck is spacious, and the onboard shade is excellent.

What to Pack
Beyond the obvious (sunscreen, hats, water), here’s the list we send to families before their trip:
